Case of the Week 128

This is very cool - where do you get these. The only sprial thing I know in muscle is Trichinosis spiralis although I think there are other species. Assuming I'm close I'll be curious if there is any significance to the various trichinosis species and and how to sort.

Maybe toxocariasis, visceral larva migrans or trichinosis. Very nice!

Trichinella spiralis larvae. They all seem to be enveloped in a cyst so I don't think they're T. pseudospiralis.
